Across the Pacific Northwest, aircraft owners continue to face long waitlists, rising costs, and frustrating delays when trying to secure space to store their aircraft. Airports struggle to meet this demand, and pilots are often left with few options other than distant or temporary solutions. We believe there is a better way.

Our company develops and sells high-quality hangar units in Oregon and Washington where demand is strong and availability is limited. By taking full ownership of the development process—including site selection, permitting, construction, and sales—we streamline the entire experience for buyers. This approach eliminates many of the headaches associated with private construction on airport property, allowing aircraft owners to secure reliable hangar space without having to manage the process themselves.
